No clutch at all!

I've been having to top up my clutch fluid slowly since I bought my bike last year so decided to take the slave cylinder off to see where the fluid is going
I couldnt see anything out of the ordinary so put it back on and decided to live with it but after doing so I had no pressure on the lever I tried to bleed, took it off and put it back on again, tried to pull the fluid through and all nothing!
I've had the master cylider off and apart..... nothing!
I was going to buy a repair kit for both but will other master cylinders fit (other than Brembo Steve!) such as later Fireblades? Has anyone heard or tried anything else?
Slave cylinder's are no problem as theyre the same as Firestorm's, Blackbird's, VFR800's and the NR750!!!

Right the update is..... AHAAAAAAAAA!!!! I AM AWESOME!

I untied the lever in the hope that it had fixed itself overnight but no joy
So going back inside to put the kettle on, check my insurance paperwork and look for some matches I had another look on the tinterweb and found loads of other cases of the same thing, most after changing sprockets. One of the answers was to bleed it at the banjo bolt
The elbow of the master cylinder/banjo bolt is higher than bottom of the reservoir so just fills with air and will never bleed!
I didnt want to bleed at the banjo as it would mean having to keep undoing and doing up against the crush washers meaning it could leak.
I stood to the right of the bike and leaned it over so it rested on my leg, turned the bars so the elbow was lower than the reservoir and slowly pulled the lever.... LOADS OF BUBBLES!!!
Did this a couple more times and slowly got lever pressure back topped it up and repeated till all was normal.

Nice one Bobba, next time save yourself alot of time and just push the bike over so it falls on the right side then bleed the clutch

have you found out where you are loosing the oil from yet? or are you going to leave it alone in case you brake anything else

I asked for that Pete!
I'll see if I loose anymore fluid since the bleeding as it could have had more air in the system in the first place leading to the top ups
If not then I'll put a new slave cylinder on and bleed it in SECONDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
