Another little job done. A pair of captive alloy spacers for the front wheel. I can make these for almost any bike. They clip into the recess at the back of the dust seal.

If you were to make these to sell what price would you be looking for?

About 20 quid delivered. A few people have been in touch after some gor race bikes. I'll post a pic showing how they locate on the seal later this week. Thanks

Cheers! It's kind of sp2 factory arm, though there are loads of different styles. Calliper bracket and chain adjusters to finish off the subassembly plus some captive spacers for the rear wheel and I can start reassembling it.
And then.... The exhaust project starts !

Some more pics of the swingarm. Still needs a bit of finishing but you get the idea :-)

Rear shock and tyres to come next week plus all the fasteners are plated. Nice to start reassembling it after so long in bits.

Next little job. Brake calliper bracket.
I'm going to machine and recess the wheel spindle flange into the adjuster block. Make it look a bit more presentable.
Funny how this "little winter rebuild" is taking so long lol.
It'll get there..
