It's a scam of some sort.

Same bike has been listed 4 or 5 times (from various UK locations over the last 9 months) I have reported it as a fraudulent listing every time it has appeared and it will likely disappear again within 24 hours.

I suggest you do not make contact with the alleged seller (who will, likely remove the listing from ebay once you show an interest in purchasing the bike, after which time, you will lose any deposit you place, or worse).

Usual rules apply ....... if it looks too good to be true ............

+1 on the above. I posted on this one when it first appeared many moons ago. I too report it to ebay but it always seems to come back.
