Starting to look the biz. I'm liking the over all design more and more. Black was definitely the way to go with the frame and the stickers always finish a bike off in my opinion.

Cheers Pete, got a bit further this week, fitted the Factory Pro shift star kit to smooth out gear changes and almost erradicate false neutrals hopefully. Replaced the swing arm adjuster that i knackered (dont ask) Rewired the tail lights and indicators. Only getting a half day a week on it at the moment so slow process and cleaning stuff as i put it back on. Should be getting a slipper clutch soon :P but will be ready to fire her up next two weeks hopefully, then a run in process following Rogue RC procedure, many ideas about running in but im doing the slow way :D

Glad to hear it Steve. I had forgotten how Ahem! good your lights were before and how we nearly got to know each other in a bad way. :angry-banghead: Note to self: Don't follow Steve too closely :o

Good progress yesterday, didn't fit the slipper clutch but got her back together and fired up for the first time :D Still some cleaning and polishing to do (wheels especially and prob lose the front RC51 decals. I have fitted a larger clutch slave cylinder to give more feel so want to make sure it all works before fitting the slipper clutch. Very pleased with results and it sounds sweet, music to my ears again :D
I think this rear end should do you Pete! Cant be having that again

Very nice! Would you be so kind as to explain a little about the lights? Where you got them from, how much the were, are they bright enough to not use the standard lights and still be seen in daytime, and will you be using standard lights at night time still?

Thanking you! :D

Jon.

These are the running lights i used
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2-X-3-LED-3W- ... 43af0ed14c

I ditched the normal side lights and wired these in instead so i can be seen with the covers on! Still use normal headlights at night but thses LEDs are very visible ask Lyndon  I mounted them with strong double sided tape to the black plastic inside the fairing.
The wavey disks are Galfer but i have heard very good reports on the Chinese discs so you could save some money.
