Riding along no bother and then aghaaa.. standing on the pegs and shaking the leg usually sorts it for me. must look odd though

nice pictures there matey, pulled me back out AGAIN this week so know where your coming from with pain, might go and ask em if the op's still on offer! + 1 on when it gets cold, the metalwork in me leg and ankle lets me know when winters set in! might be gettin on a bit with added bits of titanium but looking forward to getting the SP over the mountain again
