Well, still not put the Microns on, BUT, I have managed to make the originals fit properly, thanks to using the Service Manual diagram.
The spacers were on the wrong sides, and the can brackets were outboard of the hangers and not BEHIND them.

I think the Microns might fit somewhat better if I try that way round.... :roll:

The pictures I found of Micron ones showed them being outside of the hangers too. !

I always think the exhausts on the TLR looked good the way they swept up and in quite agressively :o so putting the straps behind the brkts helps this. Are you using OEM brkts or aftermarket hangers? You may need spacers in addition, i started with a fist full of washers then made spacers to fit. I also cut an inch with the hole off the bottom of the aftermarket hangers and re drilled a hole higher up to get a steeper angle. Worked really well until i changed the whole system for high levels but they are no easier to get level :roll:
