Thought I would share some beautiful exhaust system eye candy with you lads.
These is a full titanium HRC VTR1000SPW replica exhaust system, but with pipe diameters suitable for street use.

The initial dyno run on the prototype system calculated around 130 HP on a stock engine.
However, this was without fitment of a power command unit, and it was running quite lean up to around 7400 RPM.
I have not seen a dyno run with the PCIIIUSB unit connected and the air/fuel ratios brought down to optimum power/torque ratios.
Here's the comparison between and OEM exhaust system and the HRC replica.

I believe the pipe diameters used were around 54mm average if I remember.
The actual HRC VTR1000SPW used larger diameter pipes, but then it was also putting out over 165 HP at the rear wheel at 11K RPM.

Nice one Subsailor, the HRC full system would reduce power on anything other than a full spec bike. As a full system would this not fit the SP1 purely due to the swinging arm?

You are correct. This exhaust will not fit the SP1 due to the swingarm design.
And you may have noticed the 15 boxes stacked. That's the entire production run (unless they decide to make more).
