Just playin devil's advocate, but I'm in London so slow moving sometimes and bike gets hot, but the fan cuts in a 103 and does its job just fine, temp drops and as soon as I'm on the move it plummets - bog standard coolant and standard fan and switch etc, might not be worth the hassle dude! or maybe just a lower temp thermo switch for the fan?
