mount design is a load of shite.

I can see how these break / fail now.

A good mate is a welder / fabricator. I may have to get him on the case to design and knock out a better idea. I was thinking of just a detachable bracket that ends in a flattened " U " shape to line with rubber and just hold the rad in place around it from front to back, about an inch or so wide.

My Left hand rad isn't leaking but I was a little scared to do much with it, wanted to get the coolant bottle out but I'm going to syringe it out instead now.
