Power Commander 2 Q!

Postby ktm123 » Mon Jan 16, 2012 12:34 pm

Does anyone have a PC2, and can tell me what the little black wire is for?

I have just bought one but the wire looks too short for a battery wire. I know where all the plugs go.

Cant find any manual on the Dynojet site, their all for the USB and new V.

Thankyou.

Is it a thin black wire on its own?
I've got a PC III USB and it's an earth lead on that.

If its got an eye connector on the end its the earth wire. Mine is earthed directly on the battery.

Also I cant get to load a new map, its saying Com Opened But Power Commander Not Found?

Anyone else got a PC2 fitted and any help getting a map on to it?

That doesn't sound good. Is the PC new to you? Have you seen it working before? A flashing FI light indicates a fault, depending on the number of flashes it should indicate where the fault lie's. I'm thinking the PC might be dragging down one of your suppy lines
