Fuel Pressure Regulator

Postby Kizior » Sat Sep 19, 2015 6:34 pm

I had two months fight with no engine idle speed. Today I've found fuel leaking from fuel pressure regulator vacuum port. So it was additionally sucked into engine throught vacuum lines and the mixture was much to rich. I've disconected this port and now bike runs like a dream again :-)
So I need
16740-MCF-013 FUEL PRESSURE REGULATOR
Is there any alternative ?

I've put the part number into a couple of Honda sites and the SP is the only model number which comes up
About 86 Euros over here.

Maybe try a scrap yard if it's too expensive or Ebay for a second hand one.

By the way it's the same part as in Honda ST 1300.
Looks like the new one will be the best shot.
